WHAT GOES ON IN THE SILICON VALLEY?

San Francisco, California

Why is Silicon Valley famous for its tech and start-up scene? What is a social enterprise and how can students use business and/or technology as a force for social good?

Participants will find out all of this and more through an immersive experiential learning course that allows them to get up, close and personal with tech giants (including Google and Facebook), start-ups, venture capitalists, incubators and renown social enterprises all in the heart of Silicon Valley, San Francisco.

In addition, participants will also enjoy guided tours of famous universities such as Stanford University and UC Berkeley, engagements with college students over dinners and a recreational tour of some of San Francisco’s most famous attractions.
