Skillseed founder Huijia was invited as a speaker for the 12th Empowered to Lead Programme (EMLP) on Collaborative Governance and Its Implications. The EMLP is a milestone programme designed to equip public service middle managers with a better appreciation of their new leadership context and role, and the key skills they need to navigate this new context.
