Led by Community Guides — individuals who are deeply rooted in and actively contribute to their neighbourhoods — our Resilience Trails™ offer a unique opportunity to explore local spaces through the lens of those who have lived in and helped shape them.

The 6-stage Skillseed Framework™
for Catalysing Change
1. Community-centric assets mapping
Via ABCD, Skillseed co-maps community assets and curates them into cohesive learning journeys.
2. Skills equipping
Connect students' passions with the purpose of their project in their host country with hands-on training and upskilling, all under the guidance of experts and/or practitioners.
3. Experiential learning
Through engagements with our local community, explore concepts on Design Thinking, Asset-Based Community Development (ABCD), and Dignity
4. Data analysis & impact assessment
Learn outcome-based course evaluation and holistic impact assessment via feedback from community partners and related stakeholders
5. Mentoring & nurturing growth
Participants are connected to social impact organisations with opportunities for them to contribute their skills and passions
6. Result
