📍 Trail Location: Yishun

  • A beneficiary turned volunteer with Yishun Family Service @ Children’s Society

  • Passionate about the arts, especially drawing & producing Henna designs

“Once you believe in yourself, the only thing left is a choice: to step forward or stay still.”

Roslan, a resident in Yishun since 2010, has long dedicated himself to uplifting his community. Inspired by volunteering alongside his father in his youth, he started a Sepak Takraw club designed to meaningfully engage local youths, teaching them values such as discipline and perseverance. A husband and father of five, Roslan balances family life with his work as a Grab delivery partner. After a knee injury, he adapted by using a personal mobility aid (PMA), viewing each delivery not just as a job but as a way to bring joy to customers. Beyond sports, Roslan volunteers with KakiHealth at Yishun Family Service @ Children's Society, organising activities that promote healthy living and family bonding. An artist at heart, he also finds peace through art, which he has practiced since childhood, and dreams of opening his own shop to share his creations. Through his efforts, Roslan hopes to inspire youths and families alike, building a stronger, more connected community in Yishun.
