Terms & Conditions

By registering for a Resilience Trail conducted by Skillseed, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1. Registration & Payment

1. Registration is confirmed only upon successful submission of the registration form and full payment of the participation fee, where applicable.

2. All fees are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD) and are inclusive of prevailing GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Participants are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted during registration is accurate and complete.For participants departing from Singapore: In order for the Company to proceed to confirm the booking, a deposit of SGD$500 (unless otherwise stated) is payable within 5 days of the Participant submitting the registration form either through Paypal, cheque or through bank transfer. This deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances except for if the Company cancels the course due to unforeseen circumstances or if we do not meet the minimum number of participants by the deadline stated on the course's webpage.

2. Cancellation, Refunds & Substitutions

Participant Cancellation

1. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.

2. Cancellations made 14 days or more before the Trail date will receive a 50% refund.

3. No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 14 days before the Trail date, non-attendance, late arrival, or early departure.

Substitutions

4. Participants may transfer their slot to another individual by informing Skillseed at least 3 working days before the Trail date. The replacement participant must complete the registration requirements.

Cancellation by Skillseed

5. Skillseed reserves the right to cancel or postpone a Trail due to insufficient registrations, safety concerns, adverse weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. In such cases, participants will be offered either:

   • a transfer to another available Trail; or

   • a full refund of fees paid.

3. Photography & Personal Data

1. Skillseed may take photographs, videos, or recordings during the Trail for documentation, publicity, and marketing purposes.

2. By participating, you consent to the collection and use of such materials. Participants who prefer not to be featured should inform Skillseed in advance.

3. Personal data collected will be used only for purposes related to the administration and delivery of the Trail, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

4. Safety & Conduct

1. Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, community members, facilitators, and partners.

2. Skillseed reserves the right to remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate. No refund will be provided in such cases.

3. Participants are responsible for informing Skillseed of any accessibility, medical, or mobility considerations that may affect their participation.

4. Participants should follow all reasonable instructions given by Skillseed staff, facilitators, and community partners during the Trail.

5. Programme Changes

1. While every effort will be made to deliver the Trail as advertised, Skillseed reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, route, facilitators, venues, or programme activities where necessary.

2. Such changes shall not entitle participants to compensation or refunds, unless the Trail is cancelled by Skillseed.

6. Limitation of Liability

1. Participation in the Trail is voluntary. Participants are responsible for their own health, wellbeing, and personal belongings.

2. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Skillseed shall not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or expense arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

3. Skillseed's total liability in relation to a participant's registration shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by that participant for the Trail.

7. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
